JUNOs Virtual Counselling

JUNO Week Events

Calgary is preparing to welcome and host music lovers from across Canada for JUNO Week events taking place March 31-April 3. Ranging from art installations at the Glenbow Museum and Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium to the Indigenous Showcase at the Grey Eagle Casino or the JUNO Cup at Max Bell Arena, this is a jam-packed weekend for our city.

Social Media Counselling

To ensure that everyone attending JUNO Week events has a great time, Tourism Calgary is ready to answer any questions from attendees trying to navigate the city.

Tourism Calgary is piloting social media counselling every day that a major JUNO event takes place.

We will be sending outbound tips to social media audiences via our Twitter channel (@tourismcalgary) from the morning of Thursday, March 31, until the late afternoon of Sunday, April 3, offering helpful information on events going on around the city. These tips range from how to get to a venue, where to eat and drink close to a concert, and other counselling to help everyone in Calgary make the most of JUNO Week events.

Additionally, our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter channels will offer live counselling to anyone needing assistance throughout JUNO Week. Questions can be sent directly via Tweet, Comment, or Direct Message and responded to individually.

Counselling services are available during the following hours:
10AM-8PM Thursday, March 31
10AM-8PM Friday, April 1
10AM-8PM Saturday, April 2
10AM-4PM Sunday, April 3

At 4PM on Sunday, our channels will shift to red carpet coverage of the JUNO Awards.
